SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • Products are made to order and are processed in 9-15 business days

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped​​

  • We currently do not ship internationally (please message us for international inquiries)

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days at Livingintheculture@gmail.com.  

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.​

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. 

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items are final sale.

  • Process:

    1. Email us at Livingintheculture@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.​

    2. We'll provide return instructions.

    3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.​

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed  within 14 days of delivery for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability)

  • To initiate an exchange, contact us at Livingintheculture@gmail.com to ensure your desired item is available.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, but we'll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.​

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace the item at no cost to you.​
