Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days at Livingintheculture@gmail.com.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.​
Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items are final sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.​
Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability)

Customers are responsible for return shipping, but we'll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.​

Damaged or Incorrect Items
